Patient can download Mobile app of eVital or can use website here to create login and set up a profile. It takes less than 2 minutes to set up a profile and order medicines.

Is eVital cost anything to use? To patients? To Pharmacists?
eVital is completely free for Patients as well as Pharmacists. It is free now and will always be free in future. No hidden costs, no tricky offers.

Can I order Medicines for my family members from my Phone?
Yes under your profile, you can also set up basic information about your family members, like their Name, Sex and Age.

How long does it take to set up an App and Profile?
We understand you are busy and that's why we kept Simplicity in centre of eVital. We designed an app that takes no more than 2 minutes to set up and ready to order prescriptions.

How can I be sure that eVital provides me with 100% genuine medicines?
eVital does not carry any inventory of medicines. In other words, medicines you get is not coming from eVital warehouse or any eVital controlled pharmacy. Instead, it is coming from your neighbourhood Pharmacies. To the point, you probably know the Chemist who owns and operate that Pharmacy, on first name basis.
